12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Axonome and its officers, managers, members, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, contributors, and agents from and against any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:

2. your violation of these Terms;

No waiver by Axonome of any provision or breach of these Terms will be deemed a waiver of any other provision or breach.
